PNP Moreleta Park

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am very disappointed in PNP MoreletaPark Pretoria. I work for a just next to the PNP Moreleta Park, Pretroia. I saw the advert at the HUG in a Mug advertising for R64-99 in the store on Tuesday the 5th of May. When I paid, it didn't go through as R64-99. I went to fetch the huge sticker showing that the coffee is R64-99. Then they asked me if I a coffee club member. I said yes. They then changed it to R64-99.

This morning I checked online and it showed that the HUG in a Mug is R64-99 until the 24th of May. I then went to the store again. Wanted to buy another 3 - still it didn't want to go through. First called the supervisor - She then called the Manager Tshepo - he refused. Said it was only for online shopping. I went back to work - checked again - it definitely showed instore only. I then took a photo and went back to your PNP store - Showed Tshepo- he still refused to give it to me at the advertised prize.

NOW I a furious!!! After up and down to their store. I a not a happy customer!!!!

I now hope you can do something about this urgently. The special is on until the 24th of May!!! I need a written apology - and advise. I think he can come to my work and apologize for his rudeness as well!!! Or maybe you should get a well mannered Manager to run this store.

This store is not up to standard and needs urgent attention.

The bakery is pathetic - Nothing is fresh - You can't even buy a ****in at this store!

I shop at this PNP store nearly daily as it is very convenient - because I just work next door!! I will take it further on social media.
