PnP mobile, webpage, and store problems.
If hoped to avoid writing this as a review, but my frustrations have mounted and Hello Peter gets better results than wasting my time trying to call PnP, email you, or talk to a store manager.
The smart shopper info on the back of my Tyme bank card started to give problems last week. The tellers awkwardly try to tell me that I need to update my primary phone number. Ok... But when I log into the PnP webpage and try to change my number, it can only send an OTP to the number that needs to be changed! If I still had this number, then I wouldn't need to change it. This is clearly a severe oversight on the webpage design and authentications... Did you happen to use a team based in South Africa? That might explain how this could happen.
Furthermore, the number which expired is in fact a PnP mobile number which stopped working only a few months of going without use. If it worked "better", I would have used it more often. Now I have a second phone and would actually use it. Do you expect me to pay a new activation fee, or will you do the right thing and reactivate it by yourselves? At this point, I'd prefer a refund.
I'd also like to point out that, despite previously complaining on Hello Peter about this very issue, PnP Morningside still has severely problematic pricing: prices on many products scan through at higher prices than advertised on the shelves. I bet most customers don't recognise this - you're ******** your customers and I caught you!
