Pnp misleading and falsely advertising online

2 days and still waiting for my online order. Ordered online groceries on 5 December 2022 and the ETA was 6 December 2022 between 11:00 am and 13:00 pm. Waited 7 hours and nothing arrived. There was no communication notifying us of any late delivery. Called customer care and was told that the order will be delivered before 8pm and that the store manager will contact us. The order was not delivered and there was no contact from the manager as promised. I paid for something that I have not received. I am truly disappointed with the poor service and feel that pick and pay is misleading customers with their false advertising regarding their delivery service.
