PnP Maponya mall - worse serice

on the 08th of June, I went to PnP, left my parcels at the parcel counter, only to return to find my parcels have gone missing from their care. I spoke to Connie the HOD who was not very for the coming in her assistance, after waiting for over an hour while she and her security team looked at the footage, she still did not return to me. I then left the store and provided her with my contact details, she called me the following day to advise that a gentleman who came in to the store with a similar plastic had left with my package. I fail to comprehend how is that possible unless this "error" was done by the individual working at the counter. I was then advised to get all the recipients of the shopping they had lost. On top of the fact that the store had lost my packages I still had to waste my time and energy to go back to the previous stores and get a re print of my purchases, despite that I obliged and was refunded those purchased I was able to get receipts for. one store in particular I could not get a receipt for. Conny promised to follow up on my behalf and she will call me back, it has been 2 weeks and I'm yet to get feedback from the HOD.

I logged 2 complaints on the PnP website and still no feedback from them. I'm very disappointed with their service and I can only hope someone from Pnp will make contact with me to resolve this and so I can get my money back.
