pnp manager - very inefficient

I am frustrated that a manager, name Kedibone, chose not to assist me with a price change as per an adverti*****t. She was called and walked past 4 times, I waited over 10 minutes for her until the teller even got fed-up and called another managed name Shane who was very efficient. This is the third time I have had issues with the inefficient individual and I hope PNP Killarney mall sorts this out
