PNP MANAGER DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER.

Pick n Pay Table View Mall corner of Blaauwberg rd and Pentz drive - 4 young women just pick pocketed my husband's cell phone, but he was immediately aware of it and confronted the one who immediately on realizing she'd been caught, dropped it on the merchandise. He called security, who would be able to catch a snail. The Manager's attitude was you got your phone, so what are you complaining about. Mall security where no where to be seen. The lack of concern that there were pick pocketers in the store, was astounding. The lack of security or inability, or "so what" attitude stinks. Please PNP, when you open that store again at end of 2021 after its revamp, give us better managers and staff who give a damn. Who are welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not this miserable bunch, who look like they are doing you a favour. Very disappointed in this PNP Management.
