PnP Mall@Reds - Offline 3 February 2024

While normally impressed by PnP Mall@Reds, I was let leaving fuming this past Saturday. After waiting in unmoving lines for 45 minutes I learned that the store was offline and only accepting cash. 1. It would be helpful if a member of store management moved between the customers to ease the frustration. 2. It would be even more helpful to tell people that the store is offline when entering the store.

Suffice to say that I eventually got to (almost) the front of the 4th line I was in, then having the cashier being nasty to the client ahead of me because they complained about the slow lines. I abandoned my shopping right there on the conveyer and walked out.

Come on people, this is not how you run a "Customer Friendly" operation!
