PnP make ridiculous excuses not to honor guarantees.

I bought a Sandisk 32GB micro SD card from PnP Hypermarket Brackenfell on the 9th of November 2020. My card stopped working properly 2 weeks back and on the 6th it completely stopped working. I lost all my files and couldn't even format the drive on my Phone,tablet or Windows PC. It just said *******ed and damaged card. I took it in on the 7th (within the guarantee time) The lady at the returns made comments that there are NO guarantee and she will go ask the manager Siya Ludzia. I explained my issue again and he then said it is a virus!!!???????? I mean PnP what a load of BS. Is this what you think of your clients? I got beside myself before he eventually said I could get a refund. I DID NOT WANT A REFUND, but just another 32GB sd card. PnP I sweer, neither me, my wife or children will EVER buy any electronic goods from you ever again. The packaging clearly shows a 7 year guarantee, you advertise the 7 year guarantee, but if something happen even within 1 year, you try to con your way out of your responsibility. This is completely unacceptable. Just to think I trusted your brand.
