Pnp liquor promenade rude employee

I bought 6 bottles of Captain Morgan spice gold at pnp liquor promenade and 2 of the 6 bottles were glued amd had vinagar in. I am on holiday hence me purchasing the alcohol and had an agreement with a very nice guy Henry who agreed to swop the bottles. My husband drove all the way from Fanchoek and Peter (who was arrogant, rude and extremely unhelpful) said Henry wasn't there and we cannot change it. We have to call the number behind the bottle to complain. This is truly unacceptable as my husband drove all the way just ti be turned away. I am so so disappointed and to top it off Peter is so rude and useless. I asked him to contact Henry ti confirm whay we discussed amd he just blatantly refused and said that I can complain. This is now costed me airtime and diesel amd this is just not right
