PnP just *****ing as Biggest *****s

More than a week and still no contact from PnP. Have phoned numerous times, and had to hold the line over 20 minutes before someone answers. Send 3 emails asking that they contact me or just deliver my Black Friday order, but nothing. Even on Hello Peter they do not respond. How can you ***** from everyone? Deliver my order as I have begged for the last week.
