Pnp Jean Crossing Centurion - Back to Poor service, AGAIN
Jean Crossing Centurion Liquor store - Cashier finds it a grave injustice to her to open a pack of "bug" as it is the flavour we want. She makes the security person open the pack for her royal highness. She then begrudgingly rings up some inter-alia as well and i ask for a bag. the store is dead quiet. She leaves us to pack our bag because she is simply too important to pack the customer's bag. Main store - try to find the invisible manager for a while to complain. Manager is missing. Nothing. We grab a trolley that has a busted front right wheel (no surprise) and attempt to struggle our way through the store. As we get near to the tills we see a huge snaking line of people, all with small amount of items, only 3 main tills open. Express tills are closed. On A Sunday, at 11:30AM fortunately we only had 5 items so we went to the cigarette counter. Paid and left. This is a systemic problem with that store in particular. If the Pnp ASAP app doesn't cancel our orders from that store, they arrive late or incorrect, or even worse, with rotten food, and if not that and you go in-person, it's poor service, On not one but 2 occasions i had to drive after and ASAP order was received with rotten cold meat, defeating the purpose of a reliable delivery, only to see the look of horror on the managers face that over 90% of the cold meat has expanded packaging and the smell of death was in the fridge. That store needs new Management and FAST. A revamped store lasted 4 months of average service and now they are back to their old scenario of being the worst PnP in Centurion
