PnP is the worst!
I placed an order yesterday of R316 on the app and I was charged twice. They have "refunded" the extra charge but it will only take days before it can get to my bank account and be used elsewhere. For now it's just a credit that I can use at PnP, I can't use it to out petrol on my car or do anything else. This is a huge inconvenience from PnP and I demand to be compensated for this grave inconvenience . My order number was ***4.

09 Dec 2024, 07:26A few days later Pick and Pay still has not compensated me for the inconvenience that was cause their erratic system. Yes the have refunded my account but where is the compensation for the inconvenience cause? They think saying "sorry" is good enough to make up for poor customer service. I will escalate this to the highest authority and I will continue making noise until I have been sufficiently heard!
