PNP is such a disappointment

Pick n pay ASAP is such a disappointment, I am really a very unhappy customer today I use this app almost every day and today I was really let down.

I ordered on PNP ASAP at around 14:58 today and I never received my order, I called the customer service line *** at 17:03 spoke to an agent name Joshua he confirmed that my order was delayed and spoke to the logistics team to have my order sent out before the store closed, Joshua even called me back to advise that the driver is on his way that was at 17:18 but I still have not received my order and the store closed at 18:00.
