Pnp is pathetic!!

What a pathetic excuse of a shop,pnp,you should be ashamed allowing this family shop to still be open. I browse the shop,get 2 ****roaches at the bakery,1 fly at the take away then get to the counter and i find lines with 2 cashiers having closed signes?? The express till is closed,so what is the point of having an express till?i thought express till is not allowed to be closed ever,so i wait in line for 20min with 1item....i get to the front and ask the cashier whats going on,she doesnt know,supervisor(mookgo)starts swearing at me in sesotho,banyela banyela,manger(iris) on duty says she doesnt know why she will have a word with her. Is the owner even going in the shop?does he know how pathetic his frontline is?? This pnp is really pathetic. Head office should really start giving attention 2 this pathetic shop,express counter is closed for the last 2weeks whenever im at the shop,really?? Other days the lotto till is closed,you have to wait for service when you have 1 item or when you have a single lotto ticket?? SIESSS !!! The owner should be ashamed!
