PnP *********** managers
Im deeply dissapointed with the service i received from 3 Managers at Pick n Pay Central City, Mabopane after going to exchange a Nan baby formula which is bitter. They blatantly refused to exchange the product which i bought on Saturday 11 April 2020 in their store, and told me it's the manufacturers fault, theres nothing they can do about it. They also refused to give me a refund because the product is not sealed. I kept telling them that is how i found out it's bitter and tastes like aloe but kept saying it only expires 3months from now. I was completely out of baby milk so i was forced to buy another one because of their stupid and ridiculous store exchange conditions. Im deeply saddened because they kept trying to make me look like i dont know how my baby's formula tastes and blatantly refused to reimburse me.
