PnP Hypermarket Brackenfell, need I say more...

I received a special catalog from PnP Hypermarket Brackenfell advertising 5 x 250g Doritos @ R100. When I got to the Hypermarket, the 250g packs was no where to be found. In it's place was the normal 145g x 5 for R100 replacing the PARTY PACKS. I went to fill in a raincheck, but the lady said they haven't "filled in an apology" stating the special is for the 145g. PnP, its really incredible how you allow this Hypermarket to give these kind incredibly poorm service levels. In the past I was shocked at how rude and unprofessional not only staff, but Supervisors are towards customers. Why is it that week after week, the only single one store I have issues with is "The Hypermarket Brackenfell" Ranging from incorrect adverti*****ts, products that's out of stock, rude unprofessional staff and supervisors, refusals to honor guarantees. The list goes on and on. And no thank you, I respectfully decline Rob or anybody from the Hypermarket Pick n Pay Brackenfell calling me again, just to have the same poor service levels a week or 2 down the road. There are NO ointment to apply to a broken store.
