PnP Hyper online delivery service
My wife saw an ad for Tefal 18 piece pot set for R1299. When we tried to buy it online it does not allow us to do so because they don't deliver to White River. She called the customer care line & spoke to Siya who told her that she must travel to Wit bank to buy it. & that is more than 4 hours drive. Really! So customers who live in small town are exempt from getting PnP Hyper specials. We spoke to the store manager in Nelspruit who made the suggestion that it can be delivered to my nearest store however the customer service centre disagreed. I am a regular customer at pick and pay and this is ridiculous.

The one day Gigantic sale was exclusive to the hyper stores online Jason. Hyper stores can only inter branch a product to another Hyper store and not a supermarket as the prices would differ at both stores.
