PnP hyper not trustworthy.

hi,

on the 20th July PnP Hyper ran a special. on day 2 I went to buy a stove, but I was informed that it was out of stock I should come back another time. a week later I still got the same response, eventually I was advised by one of the shop assistance to leave my details and they will call me once stock has arrived (rain check) its called. I've been calling countless times but still nothing has materialized. it got to a point where I was informed that the 3 piece stove I wanted, only 2 items were delivered & the manager is making a follow up with the rest. to my surprise when I followed up a week later, I was informed that nothing of the sort was ever delivered. now the employees were contradicting themselves. my conclusion is that this was false advertising from the onset, the item on the pamphlet was never in stock. totally not impressed:-(
