PnP Hyper Montana top customer service

The PnP Hyper close to home was most unhelpful to get a bicycle they advertised. We called other hyper markets. Mr Elson Selinda at Montana Hypermarket (20kms away) kept their last one for us & even had it set up before we arrived. However, at home we found it was faulty and returned it the next day. Mr Elson Selinda offered to have it fixed & delivered to our home, at no cost to us. The bicycle was delivered the next day, but we had to return it for the same fault. Mr Elson Selinda arranged for and personally ensured a refund. He went out of his way to make the buying & returning a smooth, positive experience. Definitely worth supporting PnP Hyper Montana.
