PNP Hyper gives 1st class service
I live very close to PNP Hyper in Ottery, Cape Town. PNP sent me a voucher for an online purchase which I used. I needed to return parts of the order.
Dealt with 2 different staff members in store.
1st lady did a refund. (on several items, she did not once argue) She was quick and made no mistakes and it got abit tricky cause I returned meat.. (was not Halaal). 2nd lady gave me several stickies (for free pots n pans collection). without arguing with me for proof of purchase - I just advised her i had not received stickies with my online order.
Besides that the online process was good and in-store assistance is 5 stars. PNP gives their staff the tools to make customers happy.
The store is open till 9pm on weekdays. I literally live across the road.
