PnP Hyper Brachenfell is the worst and so is it's manager

PnP Hyper in Brackenfell is the worst shop anyone can shop at. I bought a Russell Hobbs kettle there about 6 months ago and the thing doesn't boil water anymore. Mind you, it has a 2 years warranty. I went to PNP Hyper about 3 times with the same problem. Yes I lost my slip, but surely if I provide you with the date of purchase, it shouldn't take the store more than two weeks to check on their system. Till this day I'm still waiting. I don't want to mention their useless "manager" Siya that knows nothing about communication. He is arrogant as F and had the nerve to tell me he assumed I knew what was going even thought no one informed me. When I told him he is wrong instead of appologizing he threatend to refund me, as if I'd say no to getting my money back. Even that didn't hapen. Which makes me wonder why I went to pay for a so called good brand and at this store if all I get is excuses and someone who got his position because of BEE. I'm so angry and disapponted that I told all my friend and family to stop shopping there and I never shop there again. EVa!!!!!
