PnP Howard Center

PnP Howard Center. I regularly complain about the specials never being on the shelves but have learnt that you must ask then to 'check at the back' on more than one occasion i got my coffee, cheese and yogurt.... Last night was the 1st time that the STAFF treated me badly - Lazy me decides 2 rotisserie chickens will take care of supper and lunch for the family. i go to the deli and the chickens are still being made. I ask about time and get told 'I dunno it went in frozen???' i take a step back and decide to wait , another PnP staff member [in uniform] comes to the counter 'Avanya' opens the oven and takes out 2 really nice looking birds. I step forward and say 'Thank you' only to be told 'its not for you, she ordered 1st????' i then ask if i can also have but she must please check that the birds are done... She then proceeded to mishandle my birds, slam the stuff on the counter and walk away??? What made it worse is that the store manager was busy 'sorting out a water issue' and could not speak to me. I dare PnP to come back to me [they will not] Pinelands is the closest branch to me and i WILL NOT drive to Goodwood or N1. I will also continue complaining in person, on social media and now hellopeter until my voice is heard. I have to however say the cashiers and front line staff are AMAZING. They are always friendly, ask about my kids [that shows how often i shop] make jokes with the hubby.
