PNP horrible disgusting online service

What disgusting service received from PNP.I order on 22 November a few things for collection on the 23rd Nov.With no response from them, i called today 5Dec to follow up on my order that kept saying processing processing.Spoke to the call centre lady that promised to call me back because she had to find out why my order was still being processed after weeks and I have paid.Only to receive a email now saying my order has been canceled. Things I have bought for my kids.Now they out of stock, 2 weeks later.Sies on you
