Pnp ********** service
Utterly poor service. Waiting 5 minutes for a manager that reeks of smoke to "solve" a problem that is also pnp's in my opinion.
After doing groceries I received two vouchers of R50 each. I go back and try to purchase a few extra things and they say that they can't process more than one voucher at a time. Nowhere on the vouchers is this stated either.
On speaking to the manager he tells me that its policy. On the slip it says tems and conditions apply.
Found the terms and conditions of smart shopper and I cannot find anything regarding "one purchase, one voucher max"
