PnP home shopping a flop

I tried to make a purchase on pick n pay online however when trying to check out the system doesnt calculate the total. I logged the issue with your technical support on *** on 29 July and was asked for my cellphone number by Sima however never assisted further. I followed up and included *** on 01 August and again received no feedback. It is unfortunate pick n pay tried to enter the home shopping market but dont have the system and competent support teams to manage it.
