PnP Home Online shopping run by *********** people

I have placed an order with PnPhome website on Wednesday 16/11/2022 @ 11am. Order was received and money taken from my account. When I placed the order it did not prompt a delivery date or time. Well, after about 20 emails, complaints online and DM facebook I still dont have an answer. Now, customer service helpline tells me that PnPhome takes at least 5 days to deliver? WHY?? No proper answer and no facts. Im thinking of cancelling the order but image what will happen then. What a bunch of *********** people. Just remember PnP, there is other companies who also sell the same products, there is other companies who deliver door to door, so what else is the deciding factor = SERVICE! If no service you will loose clients (if you did not know, or just couldnt care)
