PnP Hillcrest Boulevard

I placed an order on PnP asap at 14h54pm. Order number ***9. The app showed delivery 16hp0-17h00. After placing the order it showed 7h30 delivery tomorrow morning. I need my items today. When calling picl n pay hillcrest boulevard they cant find my order on their system and tells me I need to cancel it. There is no option to cancel on the app. So how do I get my R400 refunded to my bank account?

After a hour of my money spent in a call it was resolved. Why put the money in a wallet anyway when you pay the cash???? Hahahaha. Useless
