PNP Herm**** Smells like Rotten Meat

Your store in Herm**** is one of the worst stores in your group. The smell as you walk in is unbelievable. I complained and was told it was the drains and its the landlord problem, it smells like rotten meat. Stock on shelves pathetic, unfriendly staff and useless managers. The trollies with baskets are not enough, and then when you find them they dont fit the trollies. Unacceptable from such a popular food chain. A Head office director than controls this franchise should stop off some time as a secret shopper and just see what I mean. Management should not know that you are coming so that you can see the conditions. I have shopped there for many years and now two weeks ago not anymore have now moved to Spar.
