PnP Heathway Centre staff are very rude

Pop Heathway Centre.The staff are very rude to the customers. 3 weeks ago I complained to customer service about the very poor service. I was asked to be excuse by a staff member as I was taking a trolley and he took it from me and walked away with it. Another staff member expected me to move out of the way when I walked passed with my trolley. The cashier did not speak to me at all. I waited to see if she would request payment and she just sat and looked at me. I then said to her "You can speak to me. I am the customer". Today I asked for a price on milk standing on the specials pallets. I was told. I don't know. I asked if the staff member could find out. I was told. The scanner does not work. I said please find out. They went to the shelf and gave me the old price. I told them That's not the special price. I gave up and went to find the price myself.
