Pnp Hazeldean
Today at 17:50, I walked into PnP Hazeldean to get 1 small box of bananas. I proceeded to. The till points, the 10 items or less tills were both closed, no tellers and a lovely pack of chicken breast defrosting on the conveyer belt of the till. I then proceeded to stand in queue at Teller 4. I had been standing there for about 5 minutes as the queues were long. I was about to set my box of bananas on the conveyer belt when the Teller told me that a woman who was on her way to the till with a trolley full of groceries had been there first and that I should let her come in before me. She was nowhere in sight when I got there. I put the bananas down and walked out. I went back and got her name and ofcourse no manager in sight either. Teller number 4's name is Katy. All I wanted was 1 item... This is very poor service on your part. Iv been shopping there for 4 years now. I will now find another store because as pety as this sounds, if no one says anything, this behavior continues and it isn't right.
