PnP has the worst shopper card profile I've seen in decades
PnP's IT/Smart shopper Card section is the worst I've seen in 2 decades. The left hand doesn't know what the righthand is doing! Try to register a new Smart shopper card on your profile, and you' are bugged around from Cape Town to Timbuktu! • Tried to login to change the number of my new card, as I lost the old one. • Simply couldn't login to my registered email address, to no avail, they "couldn't find my gmail address in a server," spelling correct & gmail working 100%. • They wouldn't accept my password, as it must not be "one of the last 5 that I used." What ****!!! I will choose my password and if there's nothing wrong with it, technically, it WILL be my password. • To make sure I can login, I nevertheless tried to change it, nothin I suggested was outside of "the 5 previous ones" that they have dreamed up. Hell, Raymond Ackerman must come back! • PnP can go to hell (even though hell never existed except in a horror dream created by *****ed priests in the first 3 centuries AD), • I will toss my card away and never shop there again.
• PnP already has my name, my ID, cell number, email address, and my new Smart shopper card number is ***. My passport number is not applicable..My current address frequently changes, as I am looked after by some of our children and therefore move at short notice.
• I'll admit that I've written some harsh words about PnP, especially about PnP "go to hell", in a moment of irrational fury and absolute helplessness at age 74. Please accept my apology.
* I'm convinced the PnP that had been our pillar over many decades, is not any more, and I don't like to see the supermarket group falter now.
