PNP GREENFIELDS EAST LONDON

good day today i went to pnp Greenfields in east London, i wanted cash send money that was sent to me the one was 2000 and the other one was 400. the cashier said she does not have money and she asked the others, they all didn't have and the time was 12:30 midday. the one lady rep**** to me she has got money but someone phoned her and she must keep it for that person, while i asked cant you give it she does not want to and then just make it up while you wait one her. she refused totally..i went to the manager he also said the money the casher is keeping is for the owner`s wife..now my question is..is the customer less important...we ae giving that money so that she can come and fetch it meantime we are treated like ****. I TOLD THE MANAGER I WILL REVIEW THE SHOP ON HELLO PETER HE TOLD ME IN MY FACE--I MUST DO IT-- HE DIDNT EVEN APLOIGIZE FOR ANYTHING..... i hate that PNP GREENFIELDS SETTLERS SQUARE. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE ****. I HOPE MY REVIEW REACH 100S OF PEOPLE TO SHOW THEM HOW BAD ARE THEY TREATING THEIR CUSTOMERS. PNP GREENFIELDS SETTLERS SQUARE EAST LONDON CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SO BAD.
