Pnp great customer experience

I had the pleasure of speaking to Asemahle from the pnp smart shopper department. A most pleasant and patient lady who assisted me to resolve my query. She gave me step by step instructions in what I needed to do. She was patient and caring too. She offered alternatives when I told her that I could not get to a store. She listened and advised me accordingly. What impressed me the most was how patient she was dealing with my query. Well done to her.
