Pnp Gordonsbay now serious about covid19

After my first complaint on PnP Gordonsbay allowing customers to walk around in the store without wearing their masks, the owner phoned me with a bit of a wishy washy response but said that they would step up their monitoring. After my second complaint, when a customer was blatantly allowed to enter and walk around in the store without a mask, I received a call from a senior manager at PnP head office. He informed me that he spoke to the owner and instructed him to tell the landlord of the mall to place security at the entrance of the mall to sanitize and ensure everyone who enters the mall is wearing a mask in the proper manner. He also instructed the owner to put measures in place in the PnP store to monitor customers wearing their masks. Well, I have subsequently been shopping at that PnP and there is security at the entrance to the mall and inside the PnP store, the number of monitors has drastically increased and they are very visible.
