PnP Gonubie worst PnP store
PnP Gonubie is the worst PnP store. They don't have enough cashiers. 8 tills and 3 manned on a good day. Store has unpleasant smell. Stock al****** the floor preventing easy access. No trolleys. Have been a PnP shopper for years (lived in jhb). Have given negative feedback after each shopping experience and nothing changes. This store needs some serious intervention and a change in management to bring it up to the standard you would expect from a pnp store. The feedback about this store is all over social media and yet there seems to be no improvement year after year. PnP should be embarrassed and ashamed of this store and if PnP is not willing to operate it the same way that they operate other PnP stores then close the store.

I've never complained about a retailer but joh! PnP Gonubie ... wat gain an daar julle?? I've been therev5 times in all the times I've lived in Gonubie. Always hoping for a better experience. But they always up the disappointment levels sheesh. This was the last time I go there... Vrot meat twice. No trolleys. No csshiersbor they very slow and moody. And this lat time I go to buy tissues, rat droppings. Snd what happened in the next use scared me for life a big rat ran past my feet.
