PnP giving the runaround.

Sent pics & emails & called customer service asking why different shops all had different prices & got no answers apart from 3 emails saying "your email is being reviewed & a service consultant will contact you within 48 hours...which never happened. I predicted that PnP would increase the pricing from HO to the branches that I stated without a word of reply which has happened. On going to the store that had been cheapest by far on the items in question I found that PnP had INCREASED THE PRICE BY 100%. On asking the manager why he said that it had zip to do with him as ALL prices are set by HO?? So much for for their customer care story which is just a slogan so I am off to the opposition stores with exception of IF they have any specials which are really specials .
