PnP - get your act together

It must be more than two years since I've be liaising with management at h/o and KC store about some concerns, but all I get is promises and lies. I have addressed emails to Vaughn Pierce, Mary-Ann Hattingh and the store and they promise to look into the matter of incorrect pricing at the checkout points, having the tills face the customer, incorrect labelling on the shelves, etc. I have brought to their attention that it is much more comfortable shopping at WW and Checkers. I don't trust PnP and the false promises they make
