PnP Gallo Manor renovations

PnP Gallo Manor in the Morning glen shopping centre has long been my supermarket of choice. However, the way they are handling the renovations is really shocking. It has taken them 3 weeks to move the stock to their new locations, but it is not done. It is beyond me. The inconvenience of moving the location of items is enough, but now it is still in progress and it is impossible to find what you are looking for. The staff is the big problem: they must obviously be under tremendous pressure and were so rude and short on Sunday. The queues were very long, yet they person at the Customer Service counter still took her break right on time, regardless of the long queue. The person who replaced her were very unfriendly. Both of them covered their name badges, interestingly enough. Maybe you can check the schedule: this was between 11 and 12 this past Sunday, 29 Sept. The other tills had long queues as there were only 3 open. On a month-end weekend, day after a Jewish holiday. The store was very busy and customers were telling each other how they have had enough. Please get a new project manager in there to get the job done. If I have to go through one more nightmare of an experience there, I will have to find another supermarket for our weekly shop.
