PnP Fourways Crossing Incorrect Pricing and Lack of integrity to follow their own policy!

Today I had enough.

I've reviewed PnP Fourways Crossing on their email feedback request and yet nothing has changed!

Today after having carefully checked the items i am buying are the ones displayed as on special I got to the till where they rung up my shopping cart and only one special scanned.

So I checked my till slip and saw 6 items scanned incorrectly. The First of which was Winemasters Merlot 750ml bottle. It was scanned as R100, but the shelf said R85. Two ladies went to check the price. One lady came back with a different special for Baronne and a Baronne bottle, saying I had the wrong bottle. So as I walked there myself to go sow the price, the other lady was busy removing the price tag! I asked to see what was in her hand and there it was, my Winemasters merlot 750ml special for R85. So after all the items had been gathered and shown that I was correct, the cashier "refunded" all the items in the same order it was on the initial purchase receipt. And then to ring them up again on the special they reordered the items so the lowest one was given as the "double the difference". Wow, really PnP?!!! Your own policy to comfort your customers you scheme your way out of. So instead of double the difference on the wine price, you gave double to difference on a washing peg bag which was actually 9th on the receipt list! Not quite what you communicate and promise in store or on your website https://www.pnp.co.za/pnpstorefront/customer-communication#:~:text=Double%20the%20difference%20%2D%20If%20any,items%20at%20the%20lower%20price "Double the difference - If any item scans at a higher price than displayed on shelf and the barcode corresponds, we will give you the item at the marked price, PLUS double the difference off the first item and the subsequent items at the lower price."

So basically 1. If i didn't check my receipt i ended up paying R47 more than i should have. 2. If i didn't go check the price on the shelf myself, i wouldn't have caught them removing it. 3. The double the difference policy is VERY open for the cahier's interpretation to what SHE should ring up first on her Refund receipt...
