PnP ferlnothing as long as they get the bucks

I received a parcel via ASAP from a friend in Rustenburg. Without wanting to embarrass him or myself , I went to my local hypermarket ( Steeldale). Now I could have pit the stuff in a PnP bag but bring the honest person. My bad. They said that they won't exchange the goods as the prices vary from PnP and the hyper. Well my loepal says check prices over the internet.but no they sent me packing. The ASAP manager Michael was as helpful as a *** in the door. So I had to walk all the way home . I said I'd post them all over social media and I could feel the non chalant shrug through the phone. I will never use PnP ever again they are disgusting and don't care who they humiliate. Even one of the managers at the store krot asking if I wanted to speak to the white msnagert,what the hell has colour got go do with it. Disgusting customer service
