PNP Faerrie Glen accepting delivery orders while they have no drivers to deliver.

The manager of Faerie Glen PNP should be ashamed of themselves, the store and its workers. I ordered on the pnp app. Items including frozen vegetables and chicken not frozen were picked more than 3 hours ago. Its paid for still not delivered and PNP does not want to cancel the order. They expect a client to accept defrosted food whenever the driver arrives. Food that will need to be re frozen. Shameful managers, shameful workers. I will report this to the consumer protector office. I already paid for an order but it is still lying in a store for close to 4 hours and it is still not delivered . But I paid for it. THE CALL CENTRE IS OF NO HELP. It is now pass 8pm still no delivery.
