Pnp express winning ****

I am very disappointed at the service of pnp express in soshanguve transfer. I bought items then it showed that I have won. They did not even communicate with me. The other cashier went out came back to tell the one assisting me that they don't have what I won. Then the lady assisting me just gave me my slip and expected Me to go without saying anything to me. When I asked, that's when she told me thers nothing she can do as they don't have anything in store. I took my slip and left without my prize
