Pnp express 'John Ross Broadway' empangeni is pathetic

I fueled my tank at BP empangeni on John Ross Broadway on the 09th of September 2021 at 09:50. After fueling I went inside to buy a cool drink, using the points I've earned on my Pnp card. The cashier told me the points card does not work inside but only outside when I fuel. This is not the first time this garage comes with this story, what on earth is Pnp giving us points if we can't use them at Pnp? This is pathetic for such a big company. To make things worse, I asked for a manager and I was told he/she is not on site, really?!! Who runs this business?!! I asked where can I submit my complaint and the cashier gave me a piece of paper that was lying around on the counter, and she told me to right my story there, she will pass it to the manager. This garage is a joke!! Pathetic service, clearly the absent Manager doesn't even do his job whenever he decides to come too work. I'm never fueling here again.
