PnP Express gave me wrong airtime, wont refund me!
I asked for R150 Telkom Mobile airtime and the lady gave me the airtime with this weird code I must enter, that I've never seen before.<br> <br> I tried it, it failed and now she will not refund me! This was her mistake as I have been with telkom mobile for years and never received a code like this! She absolutely refused to give me a refund!
