PnP empty promise.

On 21 September 2022 I received an e-mail voucher from PnP. As a 'Smart Shopper' it gave me R50 discount on all LIVEWELL products valid until 2 October 2022. On 27 Oct I tried to use the voucher when purchasing tuna (LIVEWELL) that was on promotion in store - 4 tins for R55. In effect I would then only pay R5. The system didn't allow it. I contacted the customer service with request number ***. Nowhere in the T&C's does it state one can't use both. After two days I phoned to inquire and ask it be escalated. TO THIS DAY I HAVEN'T HAD ANY FEEDBACK and have lost the in-store promotion as well as the voucher.
