PNP East Rand Mall inferior product No refund

I wrote a complaint about 2 weeks ago about a TCL TV that did not even last me 3 weeks its stop working I took it back to Pick n Pay East rand Mall I did not like the way I was treated I gave them the TV back. I spent 7999 on a TV that dont even last 3 weeks that is not quality for the money I am paying i told them I want a refund because this an inferior product. Yesterday a lady phoned me it was like she chewing chappies while she spoke to me 'Your tv is fixed you must come and get it' after all I went through and after I told them I want a refund this tv is not quality you expect at least a level of quality after spending R8000 not something to break in less than 3 weeks. I want my money back Guys be careful the stuff we buying from Pick n Pay
