PnP DON'T Help You - Deceive shoppers instead

Promotion label reads "NESCAFE Classic Assorted Instant Coffee" R64.99, but at the teller it scans R127.99. Every excuse in the book. They say "The advert states 'Excluding Decaf'". I rep**** "I didn't see an adverti*****t; I going according to the promotional label on the shelf." Then the word "Instant" is brought up. Classic Defac is just as Instant as Classic and Classic Strong. After waiting ages for the manager, he tells me that the White Printed label below the Classic Decaf does not indicate R64.99 and I told him neither the Classic not Classic Strong have white labels indicating R64.99. He was insistent "Assorted" excludes Decaf. There is no logic, three assortments on the shelf, no indication that any is excluded. I expect to pay the promotional price as indicated.
