Pnp dont have a proper system.

Pnp dont have a proper system to store custome information in… Ive been to the store, ive been calling the call center but they can assist. I have a pnp store account where i bought a stove but they cant find the details as to when i purchase the stove. Im currently paying a monthly installment, the stove a warrantee on and there is a fault with tue stove. No one can come out to eith fix or come fetch the stove. I wasted so much time and energy on the pnp calling them going to the store, send from pillar to post. I need this fixed. I am not happy with how they dealt with the situation. Pnp is appauling and dont have a proper system. They promise to call back but dont keep their promise. I need assistance.
