PnP does not honour the Specials it advertises

So a specials catalogue I received in my post box mentions Gordons Gin, 2 for R299.99, but when I get to the PnP Bottlestore in Rosmead road, Claremont, they don't have the special, and the catalogue they have in the store does not show the special either. Is this just a ploy by PnP to get customers into the store? I ended up paying full price for the Gin, but resent the devious scheming by PnP. I even kept the catalogue I received in the mail, but that was no help. Sadly the brand has lost the credibility Raymond Ackerman built it on. Very sad...
