PnP disgusting service

Went PnP Witpoortjie to buy out COVID groceries today. Stood in line in the sun for 2 hours like everyone. My kids got hungry and I left my wife in queue to go and buy my kids food and when we returned, she was now inside the store. Security flatly refused to let me and my kids in to join my wife even after i called her to the front of the store as proof that I am with her and not trying to jump the queue. I was told to go back to the end of the line and start over if I want to join my wife inside. I was at work, with limited time, and now we get home and theres stuff she missed that we could have seen and bought because we always buy together and make joint choices. Lost potential sales PnP and at 21 day lockdown with out key essentials. Will never ever go back to that store full of selfish and hateful staff. In a time of crisis, humanity prevails. Disgusting.
